Another exciting game was a derby match between two teams from Montevideo:Yale (#3) and Urunday (#5). Urunday was crushed at home by 49 points 45-94 and even the advantage of their own court did not help. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Urunday. Yale held Urunday to an opponent 24.5 percent shooting from the field compared to 44.3 percent accuracy of the winners and made 21-of-27 charity shots (77.8 percent) during the game. Yale forced 31 Urunday turnovers and outrebounded them 41-28 including 29 on the defensive glass. Yale players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists comparing to just 10 passes made by Urunday 's players. It was an exceptional evening for Argentinian Agustina Bazan (174-2003) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 26 points, 12 rebounds, 4 assists and 9 steals (made all of her seven free throws). Forward Lara Barbato (181-2004) accounted for 22 points and 13 rebounds for the winning side. Argentinian point guard Abril Ramirez (167-2000) came up with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 11 rebounds and Portuguese forward Juliana Ferreira (180-1989) added 7 points respectively for Urunday in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Yale (6-1) have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They moved-up to second place. Urunday at the other side keeps the fifth position with four games lost.
