Jaguares forced 23 Leonas turnovers. The best player for the winners was American guard Destiny Pitts (178-1999, college: Texas A&M) who scored 27 points and 4 steals. Cuban center Yayma Boulet (193-1984) chipped in 8 points. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Jennifer Espinoza (-2005) who recorded a double-double by scoring 22 points and 11 rebounds and Fanny Aguirre added 11 points and 7 rebounds respectively. Jaguares (11-2) have an impressive series of ten victories in a row. As mentioned above they are alone now at the top position. Leonas at the other side keep the fourth place with ten games lost.
