Very expected game in Medellin where 5th rankedPaisas (5-6) were defeated by first ranked Motilones (9-1) 90-78 on Tuesday. Motilones made 21-of-25 free shots (84.0 percent) during the game. Dominican power forward Juan Rosario (203-1999) fired a double-double by scoring 24 points and 12 rebounds for the winners. Naturalized Venezuelan Hector Diaz (192-1992) chipped in 22 points and 7 rebounds (perfect from the field making all seven shots !!!). American guard Mascio McCadney (190-1998, college: MSU-Northern) produced 18 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists and the other American import Tyler Hawkins (190, college: Barry) added 14 points and 4 assists respectively for lost side. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Motilones have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They maintain first place with 9-1 record. Loser Paisas keep the fifth position with six games lost.
