The most important game of round 3 took place in Rio de Janeiro where Brazilian Flamengo edged Argentinian Boca (0-1) 70-69 on Sunday night. The hosts trailed by 2 points at the halftime before their 21-15 charge in the third quarter, which allowed them to win the game. It was a great evening for guard Gui Pereira (192-1991) who led his team to a victory scoring 16 points.
