San Pedro Tigersharks claimed the NEBL title. They outgunned Cayo Western in the decisive third game of the championship series. Ashton Edwards stepped up with 22 points to pace the winners. The Tigersharks eked out an 8:7 lead after the opening quarter. The tempo increased in the second stanza. San Pedro secured a 27:23 halftime lead. The Tigersharks protecte the lead throughout the third term. San Pedro accumulated a 6-point buffer heading into the fourth quarter. San Pedro held Cayo Western to just 12 points in the fourth stanza and sealed the victory. Michael Adams had 10 points and 11 rebounds, while Darwin Leslie (191-F/G-81) netted 10 points and 9 boards for the winners. Leroy Louriano (173-G-91) answered with 19 points and 12 rebounds for the Ballaz. Kurt Burgess (196-F) had 10 points and 13 boards in the loss.
