The National Elite Basketball League (NEBL), in collaboration with the Belize City Defenders will be hosting its fifth annual All-Star Night at the Belize Civic Centre. The All Star Night will be held on Saturday, March 30 starting at 7 p.m. The night's events will include a Slam Dunk Contest, a Three-Point Shoot-out Contest and an All Star Game. The All-Star Game will feature the Imports going up against the local All-Stars. The players on the Imports All-Star Team are listed below.

The players for the local All Star team will be selected by the fans, the media, and team managers. The starting five will be selected by popular fan vote via Facebook likes. Fans are to go to the NEBL Facebook page and vote for their favourite players that they would like to see represent the local squad for the All Star Game. Voting is done by positions. The remaining seven reserves will then be selected by team managers and the media. Voting will start on Saturday, March 16 and will end on Saturday, March 23. The local All Star team will be announced on Sunday, March 24. Below are the candidates for the local All-Star team. All player statistics for the season can be found on our website at neblbelize.com
