Belizean BEBL round 11 best performance: Keon Rowland

Guard Keon Rowland (G) had an amazing evening in the last round for San Pedro Tiger Sharks, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 11.
The player was the main contributor (29 points, five rebounds and five assists) to his team's victory, helping them to outclass Suns (#6, 1-9) with 27-point margin 115-88. Tiger Sharks is placed at 3rd position in Belizean BEBL. They would have been even better if they did not have these two lost games earlier in Regular Season. Tiger Sharks will need more victories to improve their 6-2 record. In the team's last game Rowland had a remarkable 69.2% from 2-point range. He turned to be Tiger Sharks' top player in his first season with the team. Keon Rowland averages this season 12.7ppg.

The second best player in last round's games was Arik Nicholas (196-F) of EZ Investments Dream Ballers. Nicholas had a very good evening with a double-double of 28 points and 11 rebounds. Of course he led Dream Ballers to another comfortable win outscoring slightly higher-ranked Western Ballers (#4, 6-3) 101-75. Dream Ballers' 5th position in the standings has not changed. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 4-5 record. Nicholas is one of the most experienced players at Dream Ballers and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 18.3ppg (#6). He also registered 7.6 boards per game.

Third on the list of top players last round was another Tiger Sharks' star - American guard Conner Jackson (190-G-2000, agency: 6th Man Basketball Agency). Jackson scored 26 points. He was another key player of San Pedro Tiger Sharks, helping his team with a 115-88 easy win against the lower-ranked Suns (#6, 1-9). Tiger Sharks needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 6 victories and 2 lost games. Jackson has a very solid season. In 6 games in Belize he scored 15.8ppg.
