Stucky's double-double lands him Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

28-year old forward Norberto Stucky (198-F-1994) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for second-ranked Leones and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 13.
He had a double-double of 30 points and 10 rebounds, while his team beat La Salle (#5, 6-4) 88-75. Leones maintains the 2nd position in Bolivian league. They are still close to the very top. Leones would have been even better if they kept winning the games like in the last round. They have a solid 9-2 record. In the team's last game Stucky had a remarkable 64.7% from 2-point range. He has many years of experience at Leones, through which he has constantly improved. Stucky has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in rebounds (8th best: 8.5rpg) and averages solid 65.9% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Erbel De Pietro (185-G-1988) of Atomico. He is Argentinian guard in his first season at Atomico. In the last game De Pietro recorded impressive 31 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists. Of course he led Atomico to another comfortable win outscoring the lower-ranked UNITEP (#8, 2-10) 90-57. This victory allowed Atomico to move up to 4th position in the standings. His team's 7-5 record is not bad at all. De Pietro is one of the most experienced players at Atomico and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 21.2ppg (#6). His other stats are also decent: 5.5rpg and 3.3apg.

Third place about best performers goes to guard Akil McClain (188-G-1997) of San Simon (#3). McClain got into 30-points club by scoring exactly 30 points in the last round. He went also for ten rebounds and five assists. He was a key player of San Simon, leading his team to a 111-68 easy win against Tenis (#9, 0-11). San Simon needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 8 victories and 4 lost games. McClain has a great season in Bolivia. After 12 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 22.9ppg (4th best) and assists with 3.3apg (6th best). McClain attended one of camps at Eurobasket Summer League on his way to pro basketball.
