Lenell Henry (ex Valdivia) signs at Al Wehdat

Al Wehdat Amman (Premier League) signed 27-year-old American 203cm power forward Lenell Henry (college: Alcorn State). He had been playing for Club Deportivo Valdivia in the Chilean LNB league, where he averaged 17.0ppg, 7.4rpg, 1.5apg, 1.1spg, and 1.1bpg in 22 games. During the previous summer season, he played for Kinwa Club (Libobasquet) in the Bolivian league.

He is a very experienced player, and thanks to pro basketball, he experienced life in six different countries playing on four different continents. Henry is familiar with European, Asian, Latin American, and of course North American leagues. He has played professionally in Cyprus (Achilleas Kaimakliou), Georgia (Tbilisi State University and Kavkasia), Greece (Ionikos and Charilaos), Luxembourg (Sparta), and Jordan (Orthodox).

Henry played in the final of the Chilean League Transicion in 2025. He was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Luxembourg League Honorable Mention in 2025.

Henry graduated from Alcorn State in 2022 and is currently in his fourth season in pro basketball. He has also played for Prairie View A&M University, Panola College, and Northern Arizona University.
