Simon's double-double lands him Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

26-year old guard Daniel Simon (185-G-1996) put on an amazing game in the last round for second-ranked Saracho and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 12.
He had a double-double of 24 points and 10 rebounds, while his team beat CAN Oruro (5-3) 78-70. The game was between two of the league's top four teams. Saracho is placed at 2nd position in Bolivian league. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Saracho will need more victories to improve their 5-3 record. Simon just recently signed at Saracho, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Simon has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in points (6th best: 19.4ppg), rebounds (2nd best: 11.8rpg) and averages solid 1.4bpg and 66.3% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Detrek Browning (183-PG, agency: BIG) of CAN Oruro. He is American guard in his first season at CAN Oruro. In the last game Browning recorded impressive 33 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Bad luck as CAN Oruro lost that game 70-78 to slightly higher-ranked Saracho (5-3). It was definitely game of the week between two contenders to the title. CAN Oruro still maintains its place in the top 3 of the standings, even despite this loss. His team's 5-3 record is not bad at all. Browning is one of the most experienced players at CAN Oruro and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 29.4ppg (#1). His other stats are also decent: 8.5rpg and 3.3apg.

Third place about best performers goes to swingman Spencer Collins (194-G/F-1993) of Leones (#10). Collins scored 24 points and grabbed eight rebounds. He was a key player of Leones, leading his team to a 91-76 easy win against slightly higher-ranked Carl A-Z (#8, 3-5). Leones can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have extremely bad season and 2-6 record places them at the very bottom of the standings. Collins has a very solid season. In 8 games in Bolivia he scored 19.0ppg. He also has 5.4rpg and FGP: 61.4%.
