Libobasquet 2024 - Tarija Basquet tabs Devonta Pollard, ex Lobos

Devonta Pollard

Tarija Basquet (Libobasquet) inked 29-year old American 203cm forward Devonta Pollard (college: Houston). Pollard played last summer at Lobos in Mexican CIBAPac.
He is a very experienced player. Pollard has quite traveled the world as his pro career brought him to five different countries on four different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America). He has played previously professionally in Greece (Koroivos), Latvia (Liepaja), Qatar (Al Sadd) and Canada (River Lions).
Among many awards he was voted to Latinbasket.com All-Mexican CIBACOPA Honorable Mention back in 2019.
Pollard graduated from University of Houston in 2016 and it will be his ninth season in pro basketball. He played for other colleges like: East Mississippi Community College, The University of Alabama.
