Libobasquet 2024 - T.J. Robinson (ex Catolica) is a newcomer at Leones

T.J. Robinson

Defending champion Club Leones Potosi Basquetbol (Libobasquet) strengthened their roster with addition of experienced 34-year old American forward T.J. Robinson (203cm-98kg-1989, college: LBSU) for season 2024. Robinson joins another USA player Everrett Pleasant who is already in the roster.
He played last season at Catolica in Chilean LNB league. In 27 games he recorded very impressive stats: 16.3ppg, 9.2rpg and 1.3apg.
In 2012 he was drafted by Santa Cruz Warriors (D-League) in third round (33rd overall).
The former Long Beach State University star is in his twelfth (!!!) season in pro basketball.
He is quite experienced player. Thanks to Robinson's pro career he managed to play on four different continents (Europe, Latin America, Australia and of course North America) in eleven different countries. He has played previously professionally in Argentina (Riachuelo de La Rioja), Australia (Bandits), Belize (Tiger Sharks), Finland (Korihait), France (Orchesien BC), Germany (MLP Academics Robinsonidelberg), Israel (Ramat Gan), Spain (Cantabria), United Kingdom (Sharks), Chile (Club Deportes Espanol de Talca and Temuco) and Bolivia (Pichincha). His team won Big West Regular Season in 2011 and 2012.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he was voted to Latinbasket.com All-Chilean Liga Nacional Honorable Mention in 2022.
