The former international swingman Rene Calvo (193-1993) scored 28 points and 5 assists to lead the charge for the winners and Milos Petkovic chipped in 14 points and 7 assists (perfect from the field making all six shots) during the contest. CAN Potosi's coach David Pardo allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. At the losing side Argentinian Alvaro Caraffa (199-2000, agency: BIG) responded with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 12 rebounds. Decorey Jones notched 34 points (!!!) and 6 rebounds to lead the effort. Even 28 points and 5 rebounds by Jonathan Greenfield did not help to save the game for La Paz. Pichincha maintains second position with 8-2 record behind leader CAN Potosi, which they share with Tarija Basquet. Loser La Paz stay at the bottom place with nine games lost. Pichincha will meet Kinwa (#9) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. La Paz will play against CAN Oruro and hope to win that game.
In the last game of round 10 Kinwa was smashed by Tarija Basquet on the road 102-75.
