Ecuador advanced to the next stage of the 2027 World Cup South American qualifiers with the confident win over Bolivia in the second leg, 87-66. Trailing 3 points at the end of the first quarter, Ecuador dominated the rest of the game. They won the second period 21-16 and posted two more wins in the second half.
Jordan Cardenas (206-C-1998, college: FNU, agency: BIG) led the way with 24 points and Abraham Barahona (198-SF-2003) as well as Johu Castillo (199-F-1999) had 16 each. Rene Calvo (193-F/G-1993) replied with 20 points in the losing effort.
