Aiken's double-double lands him Player of the Week award

34-year old American C.J. Aiken (206-C/F-1990, agency: BIG) put on an amazing game in the last round for league's best team Kinwa Club and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 2.
He had a double-double of 22 points and 13 rebounds, while his team beat Calero (#8, 0-3), the league's bottom-ranked team 82-68. It allowed Kinwa to consolidate first place in the Bolivian league. The season is still on an early stage, but Kinwa already had a very good start winning all 3 without losing a single one. In the team's last game Aiken had a remarkable 71.4% from 2-point range. He just recently signed at Kinwa, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Saint Joseph's University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Aiken is in league's top in rebounds (7th best: 10.0rpg) and averages solid 1.7bpg,76.5% FGP and 55.6% from behind 3-point line.

Second best performed player last round was Daniel Simon (185-G-1996) of CA Ramallo Lafuente A-Z Oruro. He is Cuban guard in his first season at Carl A-Z. In the last game Simon recorded an impressive double-double of 16 points and 12 rebounds. Bad luck as Carl A-Z was edged by Leones (2-1) 59-55. The season is still at the very beginning and this lost game may not be such crucial, of course if they start win the games. Let's wait for the next round. Simon is one of the most experienced players at Carl A-Z and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 18.5ppg (#5). He also registered 11.0 boards per game.

Third place about best performers goes to Alan Castro (2002) of league's second-best Club Atletico Nacional Potosi. Castro scored 25 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. He was a key player of CAN Potosi, leading his team to a 101-54 easy win against #3 ranked Leones in a game of the week.
