In the last two games of round 11 Calero was crushed by Univ.Sucre in a road game 99-75. Pichincha was beaten by Kinwa at home 51-58.

There was no surprise when 7th ranked Calero (2-10) was crushed on the road by fourth ranked Univ.Sucre (7-4) 99-75 on Sunday. Univ.Sucre looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. It was a great evening for the former international swingman Rene Calvo (193-1993) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 24 points, 15 rebounds and 6 assists. American guard Haylen Washington (196-1994, college: Co.Georgia) helped adding 25 points and 6 rebounds. Washington is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Four Univ.Sucre players scored in double figures. Univ.Sucre's coach felt very confident that he used 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
