    Sao Jose - Corinthians 63-74

    Corinthians captured Liga Ouro title. They rallied past Sao Jose in Game 4 of the Finals to claim the trophy. The guests trailed by 11 points after first quarter, but they stormed back and won the game by 11 points. Corinthians outrebounded Sao Jose 40-28 including 30 on the defensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Reginald Larry (198-86, college: Boise St., agency: Pro Sports) who helped to win the game recording 12 points and 7 rebounds and the former international point guard Humberto Gomes (195-95) who added 8 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest. Corinthians' coach Bruno Savignani used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side Douglas Nunes (208-87) responded with 28 points and 8 rebounds and the former international Marcio Dornelles (196-75) scored 11 points.
