Worth to mention a great performance of guard Vitor Brandao (190-2004) who helped to win the game recording 12 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists. Center Andrezao Barbosa de Abreu (213-2002) contributed with 14 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Power forward Kauan Raymundo (200-2005) answered with a double-double by scoring 17 points, 10 rebounds and 4 blocks and power forward Lucas Cardoso (203-2005) added 16 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Corinthians. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.

Pinheiros players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. Center Agapy Samoel (205-2003) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 13 points, 12 rebounds and 4 blocks (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) for the winners and point guard Caua De Souza (184) chipped in 12 points and 4 assists. Four Pinheiros players scored in double figures. Pinheiros' coach allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. At the losing side forward Emanuel Fernandes (200-2003) responded with 8 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists and guard Luan Rodrigues (192-2002) scored 19 points.

Minas outrebounded Sao Jose 49-36 including a 39-25 advantage in defensive rebounds. Minas looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Forward Winicius Braga (204-2005) nailed a double-double by scoring 26 points and 13 rebounds for the winning side and forward Yuri Neptune (201-2003) accounted for 10 points, 14 rebounds and 5 assists. Four Minas players scored in double figures. Minas' coach felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Point guard Gabriel Pedrosa (188-2004) came up with 19 points and 4 assists and Kaick Dias (204-2004) added 15 points and 10 rebounds respectively for Sao Jose in the defeat.

Strangely Cruzeiro outrebounded Franca 42-27 including 29 on the defensive glass. Guard Luis Colinski (198-2005) nailed 20 points and 4 assists for the winning side and the former international guard Paulo Barbosa (189-2003) accounted for 17 points. Four Franca players scored in double figures. Franca's coach used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. Point guard Guilherme Da Silva (194-2003) came up with 26 points (made all of his seven free throws) and forward Andrew Augusto (198-2002) added 21 points and 7 rebounds respectively for Cruzeiro in the defeat.
