Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The most exciting game of round 11 in the Paulista took place in Sao Paulo. This derby game ended with only one-point defeat on the road of second-ranked Paschoalotto/Bauru (7-3) to fourth ranked Vivo/Franca (7-3) 86-85 in the game for the second place. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Paschoalotto/Bauru. Vivo/Franca made 22-of-25 free shots (88.0 percent) during the game. American guard David Jackson (190-1982, college: Penn St.) saved the victory by scoring 19 points and 9 rebounds. The former international power forward Marcio Santos (204-2002) contributed with 25 points and 5 rebounds (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line) for the winners. The former international guard Danilo Fuzaro (193-1994) answered with 24 points for Paschoalotto/Bauru. Vivo/Franca moved-up to second place, which they share with 3 other teams including defeated Paschoalotto/Bauru.
Another exciting game was a derby match between two teams from Sao Paulo: Sao Paulo (#2) and Pinheiros (#5). Sao Paulo (7-3) won against visiting Pinheiros (7-3) 90-81. It was a great evening for American power forward Tyrone Curnell (203-1988, college: Valdosta St.) who led his team to a victory scoring 26 points and 5 rebounds. Marquinhos Vieira helped adding 25 points. The former international forward Rafael Munford (195-1998, college: Augusta) responded with 26 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Sao Paulo maintains second place with 7-3 record having just two points less than leader Paulistano, which they share with 3 other teams including defeated Pinheiros.
Another exciting game was again a derby between two local teams from Sao Paulo: Corinthians (#8) and Sao Paulo (#2). Despite it looked like an easy game for Corinthians, those rules do not exist in derby games. It's more the case of honor for local supporters and such games have that special and unique approach you cannot find in other games. Guest Sao Paulo challenged much higher ranked Corinthians giving them a very tough game, but finally losing it by four points 107-103. It was an exceptional evening for Maozinha Pereira who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 15 rebounds. Malcolm Miller came up with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 12 rebounds for Sao Paulo in the defeat. Corinthians (4-6) moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Rio Claro. Sao Paulo at the other side keeps the second position with three games lost. They share it with 3 other teams.
