Clube Galitos Aveiro (Liga Feminina) tabbed 30-year old Brazilian 182cm power forward Glenda Cruz for new season. Cruz played this summer at Unisociesc/Blumenau in Brazilian LBF league. In 15 LBP games just recently she averaged impressive 16.1ppg, 6.9rpg, 2.3apg and 2.0spg.
She has played also professionally for other Brazilian teams like Santo Andre, Sao Bernardo/Brazolin/UNIP, Sao Jose and Pro-Esport Soracaba. Cruz played in the final of Paulista League in 2021 and 2022. She was voted to Latinbasket.com All-Brazilian LBF Honorable Mention in 2021 and 2022.
