Emanuely De Oliveira (178-F-1999, college: Florida) paced Brazil past Uruguay at the 2024 South American Championship. She nailed 18 points as her team won 87-50 in Day 2. Brazil started with a 25-18 run and added a 14-12 rally in the second frame. The third quarter was decisive in the game as Brazil erupted with a 24-3 surge to secure the win.
Leticia Soares (185-C-1997, college: San Diego) nailed 14 points and Gabriella D'Arrigo (174-SF-1998) produced 12. Carolina Fernandez (186-G-2003) ended up with 9 points in the losing effort.
