Corinthians - SESI 58-80

SESI made 17-of-21 free shots (81.0 percent) during the game. The former international power forward Aline Moura (185-1997) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 13 rebounds for the winners and the former international forward Izabela De Andrade (185-1986) chipped in 10 points and 10 rebounds. SESI's coach felt very confident using entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side Ana De Oliveira (163-2007) responded with 13 points and 7 rebounds and forward Milena Rodrigues (174-1998) scored 10 points and 8 rebounds. Cuban point guard Ineidis Casanova (162-1988) nailed 35 points (!!!), 6 rebounds, 4 assists and 8 steals for the winning side and the former international guard Babi Honorio (180-1985) accounted for 7 points, 7 rebounds and 9 assists. Campinas' coach allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. Kawanni Firmino (186-1995) came up with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 14 rebounds and forward Djane Santos (181-1988) added 13 points and 7 rebounds respectively for Ourinhos in the defeat.
