Sportiva/AzorisHotels Ponta Delgada (Liga Feminina) agreed terms with 22-year old Brazilian international guard Bella Nascimento (173cm-2002, college: William & Mary) for new 2025-26 season. Nascimento played this summer at Team Zurich in Eurobasket Summer League in Tampa, which is considered top international summer league on the market. In 35 ESL games just recently she had very impressive stats: 16.6ppg, 4.0rpg and 2.0apg.
She also represented Brazil at the World University Games in Rhine-Ruhr (Germany) this year. Her stats at that event were 6 games: Score-3(16.5ppg), 3.0rpg, 1.7apg, FGP: 35.2%, 3PT: 30.8%, FT: 59.1%.
Nascimento graduated from College of William & Mary in 2025 and it will be her first season as a professional player. Her team won CAA Tournament in 2025. She was voted to Eurobasket.com All-World University Games Honorable Mention in 2025. Nascimento played also for Manhattan College for 2 years.
