Izabella Sangalli, 30-year old Italian small forward from the Campinas, earned the Player of the Year at the Liga de Basquete Feminino. She received multiple other awards, picked up the Defensive Player of the Year, Domestic Player of the Year, Forward of the Year, and earned a spot in the First Team and Defensive Team. With finesse and precision, Sangalli claimed the second position in points per game, delivering a stellar almost 18 points per game average. Sangalli was the Player of the Week honoree three times during the 25 campaign. She led the LBF in rebounds per game with over 12. Sangalli has totalled 12 games of 20 or more points and recorded double-doubles in 17 games on the year. Her 35 points against Sao Jose were the most she scored in the 2025 season. The standout power forward Aline Moura was named the Finals MVP of the championship-winning runner-up team champion team SESI Araraquara Basquete. She collected multiple other honors, was voted to the First Team and Defensive Team. Moura's excellent performance assisted her team in beating the Sampaio 3 to 1 in the final series. She received Player of the Week award three times during the 25 campaign. Moura's court vision propelled her to the fifth spot in rebounds per game an outstanding average of over 8. She also averaged over 13 points per game in the league. Moura has totalled 3 games of 20 or more points and registered double-doubles in 4 games on the year. Her 24 points against Campinas were the most she scored in the 2025 season. Among many awards she was selected to the Latinbasket All-Brazilian League Player of the Year in 2023. She was also selected to the Latinbasket All-Paulista First Team for three consecutive years between 2021 and 2024. Moura was selected to the Latinbasket All-Paulista Second Team as well as the All-Star Game back in 2022. Manuela Rios, Colombian guard from the Sao Jose, was voted the Import Player of the Year of Liga de Basquete Feminino. She received multiple other awards, was selected as the Guard of the Year, and was chosen to the First Team and Defensive Team. Rios' playmaking prowess was on full display as she secured the second position in assists per game averaging over 6. She led the LBF in points per game with over 18. Rios has totalled 13 games of 20 or more points on the year and had 30 or more points in 2 games. She recorded double-doubles in 4 games at the event. Rios' 41 points against Campinas were the most she scored in the 2025 season. The standout power forward Vitoria Marcelino was named to the First Team of the championship-winning SESI Araraquara Basquete. She also earned a spot in the Defensive Team. Marcelino's excellent performance assisted her team in beating the Sampaio 3 to 1 in the final series. She logged over 14 points and almost 8 rebounds per game that season in the league. Marcelino has totalled 5 games of 20 or more points and registered double-doubles in 8 games on the year. Her 25 points against Ourinhos were the most she scored in the 2025 season. Among many awards she was selected to the Latinbasket All-Paulista First Team back in 2022. She was also selected to the Latinbasket All-Brazilian Second Team in 2023. Marcelino was selected as the Latinbasket All-Brazilian League Honorable Mention for three consecutive years between 2019 and 2022. Mayra Caicedo, 25-year old Colombian guard from the Pozega, was voted to the First Team at the Liga de Basquete Feminino. She graduated from Tarleton Stephenville six years ago. Caicedo was also selected to the Defensive Team. Her masterful distribution skills earned her the fourth spot in points per game with an impressive average of almost 15. Caicedo also notched almost 7 rebounds per game over the season in the league. She has totalled 5 games of 20 or more points and recorded double-doubles in 5 games on the year. Caicedo's 25 points against Ourinhos were the most she scored in the 2025 season. Among many awards she won the Women Basketball League Americas championship title for two years in a row (2023 and 2024). She was selected to the All-Sun Belt Third Team back in 2021. Caicedo was also selected as the Latinbasket All-Colombian Liga Superior Apertura Honorable Mention in 2023.
