At the other side the best for losing team was the former international guard Guilherme Deodato (192-1991) who recorded 20 points and 4 assists. Leader Vivo/Franca delivered the twenty second victory on Tuesday night. This time they crushed 17th ranked Botafogo (5-21) 88-66 in Rio de Janeiro. Georginho de Paula stepped up and scored 16 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. The best for the losing side was Matheusinho Brito with 16 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Vivo/Franca have a solid series of three victories in a row. Sesi/Franca maintains first place with 22-5 record. Loser Botafogo dropped to the eighteenth position with 21 games lost. Sesi/Franca will meet Flamengo (#3) in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Botafogo will play against Bauru (#9) and hope to secure a win.

The best for the losing side was guard Luiz Basilio (192-1991) with 15 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists and guard Pedro Nunes (199-2000) scored 12 points and 9 rebounds.
