Oldenburg signs Eral Penn

EWE Baskets Oldenburg (BBL) signed 26-year old American (has also British V.Islands passport) forward Eral Penn (201cm-100kg-1998, college: DePaul) for the upcoming 2025-26 season. He is the second foreign player in the roster as USA Tevin Olison signed here earlier. He played last season at Valcea in Romanian Liga Nationala. In 41 games he had 12.3ppg, 6.7rpg, and 1.1apg. He helped them to make it to the semifinals. The 2024-25 season was a great one as he was named to Eurobasket.com All-Romanian League Honorable Mention.
During the 2023-24 season, he split time between KK FMP SoccerBet Beograd and KK Dynamic Vip Pay Beograd in the Serbian league.
His college team won the NEC Tournament in 2018.
Penn graduated from De Paul University in 2023 and it'll be his third season as a pro player. He also played for Long Island University for 5 years.
