Adrian's 45-point game gives him LNB 2 Player of the Week award

Venezuelan Forward Luis Adrian (F) had a very impressive game in the last round for Luis Matte Larrain and receives a Hoops Agents LNB 2 Player of the Week award for round 20.
He had the game-high 45 points adding eight rebounds and three assists for Luis Matte in his team's victory, helping them to beat Arturo Prat (#12, 2-20) 97-89. The game rather meaningless between the teams, which do not have any influence on top of the standings. Luis Matte maintains the 10th position in Chilean LNB 2. Luis Matte is rather a weak team placed in lower part in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 8-14 record. In the team's last game Adrian had a remarkable 75.0% from 2-point range and got eight three-pointers out of 15 attempts. He has many years of experience at Luis Matte, through which he has constantly improved. Adrian has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in points (7th best: 15.7ppg) and averages solid 53.6% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Luis Cutis (1995) of CD Brisas de la Cisterna. He is a in his first season at Brisas. In the last game Cutis recorded an impressive double-double of 32 points and 11 rebounds. Of course Brisas cruised to a 77-65 relatively comfortable win over the higher-ranked Boston College (#6, 11-10). Brisas' 11th position in the standings has not changed. 15 lost games are too many comparing to just six victories Brisas managed to get this year. Cutis is one of the most experienced players at Brisas and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 18.0ppg (#1). He also registered 7.8 boards per game.

Third place about best performers goes to forward Martin Morales (F) of Truenos de Talca (#3). Morales scored 21 points and grabbed 19 rebounds (!!!). He was a key player of Truenos, leading his team to a 78-62 easy win against #2 ranked Stadio Italiano in a game of the week. Truenos needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 14 victories and 7 lost games. Morales has a great season in Chile. After 21 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 11.3rpg (#1 in league) and assists with 1.9apg (4th best).
