The game between Top Four teams took place in Cucuta. First ranked host Motilones (11-8) defeated 4th placed Sabios (9-11) 74-70. It was a great evening for American center Sal Nuhu (203-1995, college: Portland St.) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 17 rebounds. The former international forward Michael Wright (198-1987) helped adding 17 points and 9 rebounds. Motilones' coach used entire bench in such tough game. At the losing side American point guard Walyn Napper (185-2000, college: Longwood) responded with a double-double by scoring 20 points, 7 rebounds and 11 assists. Defending champion maintains first place with 11-8 record. Sabios at the other side keep the fourth position with 11 games lost.

The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Paisas have a solid series of four victories in a row. They maintain first place with 15-5 record. Piratas lost tenth consecutive game. They keep the sixth position with 16 games lost.

In the last game of round 7 Piratas were destroyed by Paisas on the opponent's court 89-64.

LBP top team - Paisas (15-5) had no problems winning another game on Wednesday. This time they crushed sixth ranked Piratas (4-16) in Medellin 104-78. Paisas dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Piratas' 34. They outrebounded Piratas 46-25 including a 34-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. The former international power forward Juan Tello-Palacios (206-1985) fired a double-double by scoring 18 points and 11 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) for the winners. Augustin Lamar chipped in 16 points and 8 rebounds. Very expected game in Medellin where 6th ranked Piratas (4-16) were crushed by first ranked Paisas (15-5) 89-64 on Thursday. Paisas outrebounded Piratas 42-31 including 31 on the defensive glass. Paisas looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists comparing to just 6 passes made by Piratas' players. The former international power forward Juan Tello-Palacios (206-1985) fired 12 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. American swingman Vince Cole (198-1998, college: Coastal) chipped in 14 points. Four Paisas players scored in double figures. Panamanian center Enrique Solis (203-1998) produced 13 points and 8 rebounds and guard Darwin Blanco (188-2003) added 17 points respectively for lost side.
