Terry Armstrong, 25-year old American guard from the Toros Del Valle, was named the Player of the Year at the Liga de Baloncesto Profesional. He graduated from the Arizona five years ago. Armstrong received multiple other awards, was voted the Import Player of the Year, and was selected to the First Team and Imports Team. He was the Player of the Week honoree in the league. Armstrong averaged almost 13 points and over 6 rebounds per game in the league. He has totalled 3 games of 20 or more points and recorded double-doubles in 3 games on the year. Armstrong's 20 points against the Cimarrones were the most he scored in the 2025 season.
The standout American guard Ty-Shon Alexander was selected as the Finals MVP of the championship-winning Los Paisas de Medellin. He Is the Creighton alumni from 2020. Alexander collected multiple other honors, was chosen to the First Team and Imports Team. His excellent performance assisted his team in beating the Cimarrones 3 to 0 in the final series. Alexander received Player of the Week award twice during the 25 campaign. He registered over 15 points and 5 rebounds per game that season in the league. Alexander's 27 points against the Cimarrones were the most he scored in the 2025 season. He was selected to the NABC Division I All-District 5 First Team back in 2020.
The standout Spaniard power forward Juan Tello-Palacios was honored as the Domestic Player of the Year of the championship-winning Los Paisas de Medellin. He received multiple other awards, was named to the First Team and Domestic Players Team. Tello-Palacios' excellent performance assisted his team in beating the Cimarrones 3 to 0 in the final series. He was voted Player of the Week in the league. Tello-Palacios had almost 12 points and 8 rebounds per game over the season in the league. He has totalled 2 games of 20 or more points and recorded double-doubles in 3 games on the year. Tello-Palacios' 21 points against the Cimarrones were the most he scored in the 2025 season.
Kevin Nino, 33-year old Venezuelan swingman from the Sabios de Manizales, earned a spot in the First Team of Liga de Baloncesto Profesional. He was also voted to the Imports Team. Nino's consistent performance as a playmaker earned him the third ranked in points per game, showcasing average of over 18. He also averaged over 5 rebounds per game in the league. Nino has totalled 6 games of 20 or more points on the year and logged 30 or more points in 2 games. His 34 points against the Caribbean Storm Islands were the most he scored in the 2025 season. Among many awards he was selected to the Latinbasket All-Colombian LPB Apertura Second Team back in 2022.
Tirrell Brown, American power forward from the Caimanes del Llano, was selected to the First Team at the Liga de Baloncesto Profesional. He Is ex the Ouachita Baptist from 2016. Brown was also chosen to the Imports Team. His best performance made his team reach the finals but they unfortunately lost against the Paisas 0 to 3. Brown registered almost 7 rebounds per game that season in the league. He led the LPB in points per game with almost 23. Brown has totalled 8 games of 20 or more points and notched double-doubles in 2 games on the year. His 35 points against the Paisas were the most he scored in the 2025 season. Among many awards he was selected to the Latinbasket All-Argentinian La Liga Argentina First Team back in 2021. He was also selected to the Latinbasket Uruguay Metropolitan All-Imports Team in 2024. Brown was selected to the Latinbasket All-Chilean Liga Nacional Second Team back in 2022. He was also selected to the Latinbasket All-Argentinian La Liga Argentina Conferencia Norte Third Team in 2023.
