The standout Spaniard power forward Juan Tello-Palacios was honored as the Domestic Player of the Year of the championship-winning Los Paisas de Medellin. He received multiple other awards, was named to the First Team and Domestic Players Team. Tello-Palacios' excellent performance assisted his team in beating the Cimarrones 3 to 0 in the final series. He was voted Player of the Week in the league. Tello-Palacios had almost 12 points and 8 rebounds per game over the season in the league. Among many awards he was selected to the Latinbasket All-Colombian LPB Apertura Second Team back in 2022.

Tirrell Brown, American power forward from the Caimanes del Llano, was selected to the First Team at the Liga de Baloncesto Profesional. He Is ex the Ouachita Baptist from 2016. Brown was also chosen to the Imports Team. His best performance made his team reach the finals but they unfortunately lost against the Paisas 0 to 3. Brown registered almost 7 rebounds per game that season in the league. He led the LPB in points per game with almost 23. Brown has totalled 8 games of 20 or more points and notched double-doubles in 2 games on the year. His 35 points against the Paisas were the most he scored in the 2025 season.
