Costa Rica overcame Honduras 67-57 in the Semifinal of the 2027 World Cup Pre-Qualifiers. The favorites won the first two quarters to dominate the game. Isaac Conejo (182-PG-1994) stepped up with 15 points, whilst Victor Arias (198-F-1995) and Kay Martinez (198-G-1984, college: Jackson St.) netted 11 each. Carlos Quesada (198-C-1985) and David Shedden (197-F-1995) scored 10 points apiece for a well-balanced Costa Rica. Alvin Cacho (189-G-1987) replied with 12 points in the losing effort.
