Indios sign Justin Patton, ex Fubon Braves

Indios de San Francisco (LNB) signed 27-year old American power forward Justin Patton (216cm-109kg-1997, college: Creighton). He played last season at Fubon Braves in Taiwanese PLeague+. In 7 games he had 8.4ppg and 6.4rpg. He also played 1 game in East Asia Super League where he recorded 13 points, 11 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 block. Patton also spent pre-season at Loongs (CBA) in Chinese league.
In 2017 he was drafted by Chicago Bulls (NBA) in first round (16th overall). The former Creighton University star is in his eighth season in pro basketball.
He is quite experienced player. Patton has played in seven different countries on three different continents (Europe, Asia and of course North America). He has played previously professionally in China, France (Cholet Basket), Israel (Hapoel Eilat), NBA (Houston Rockets, Detroit Pistons, Milwaukee Bucks, Philadelphia 76ers and OKC Thunder), NBA G League (OKC Blue, Iowa Wolves, Delaware Blue Coats, Westchester Knicks and Wisconsin Pattonrd) and NBA Summer League (NY Knicks and Utah Jazz Blue).
Among many awards Patton's college team made it to the FIBA Europe Cup final in 2023. He was also voted Eurobasket.com All-FIBA Europe Cup Center of the Year in 2023.
