Second ranked host Punto Rojo (5-2) smashed 4th ranked Fuerza M. (2-4) 110-73. They outrebounded Fuerza M. 42-28 including a 37-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. Punto Rojo looked well-organized offensively handing out 35 assists comparing to just 16 passes made by Fuerza M.'s players. American guard LaQuincy Rideau (185-1996, college: S.Florida) had a double-double by scoring 14 points, 5 rebounds and 10 assists to lead the charge for the winners and Argentinian Pablo Alderete (198-1993) chipped in 13 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists during the contest.
