UTEC wins Female League - Dec 15, 2010 Defeating 2-0 in Final Series Survivor, Universidad Tecnologica claimed the 2010 Female League First Division title. After winning Game 1, 47-32 at the end of a low-scoring match, UTEC defeated again Survivor in Game 2, this time 69-61. After ending the first quarter ahead by 5 points, UTEC completed another rally, ending ahead 29-20 the first half. Starting from that time, UTEC never looked back. With 29 points, Lorena Simon was Game 2 top performer, and Jessica Bautista (83) added 13 points at the winning side. Veronica Sosa (90) led Survivor with 17 pts |
