Worth to mention a great performance of Mexican Maritza Espinoza who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 13 points, 20 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals. San Miguel dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to LMMR 2's 36. They outrebounded LMMR 2 65-44 including a 24-10 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a very good performance for American forward Raven Fields (188, college: WSSU) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 15 points and 24 rebounds. Her fellow American import guard Jocelyn Taylor (183-1997, college: SEMO) contributed with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 16 rebounds for the winners. Yenniffer Pena answered with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 18 rebounds and Michelle Guevara added 15 points in the effort for LMMR 2.
