Al Fatat inks Porsche Poole, ex Salvadorenas

Porsche Poole

Al Fatat (D1) has signed Porsche Poole, an experienced 34-year-old USA ex-international shooting guard. Poole, who stands at 175cm and played college basketball at Michigan State, joins fellow American player Monique Coker on the team's roster.

Last season, Poole played for Salvadorenas in the Salvadorean Liga Superior, where she had impressive stats in three Women Basketball League Americas games: 22.7ppg, 4.3rpg, 9.7apg, and 1.3spg. She has also played for the Suns in the Australian league (Big V). Poole was a member of the USA Senior National Team in 2016.

She's a highly experienced player, having played in nine countries across five continents: Europe, Latin America, Australia, Africa, and North America. Her professional career includes stints in Australia, Germany (Rheinland), Israel (Hapoel Petah Tikva), Kosovo (Bashkimi), Mexico (Pioneras), Romania (Targoviste and Arad), WUBA (GIE Matrix), Dominican Republic (Santiago Basket), and Egypt (Al Zamalek).

She is a highly experienced player, having played in nine different countries across five continents. She has played professionally in Australia, Germany (Rheinland), Israel (Hapoel Petah Tikva), Kosovo (Bashkimi), Mexico (Pioneras), Romania (Targoviste and Arad), WUBA (GIE Matrix), Dominican Republic (Santiago Basket), and Egypt (Al Zamalek).

Her team achieved the title of regular season runner-up in the German 2.Bundesliga Group North in 2020. Additionally, she received the honor of being voted to the Eurobasket.com All-German 2.Bundesliga Honorable Mention in the same year.
