An interesting game for San Salvador (10-0) which played road game in Santa Ana against 4th placed LMMR 2 (4-5). Leader San Salvador had an easy win 90-46. San Salvador held LMMR 2 to an opponent 21.2 percent shooting from the field compared to 46.3 percent accuracy of the winners. They outrebounded LMMR 2 55-40 including a 38-25 advantage in defensive rebounds. San Salvador looked well-organized offensively handing out 31 assists comparing to just 16 passes made by LMMR 2's players. Cuban Anisleidys Martinez (181-1989) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 15 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists. Cuban point guard Arlenys Romero (176-1984) contributed with 24 points and 4 assists (on 10-of-12 shooting from the field) for the winners. San Salvador's coach Rainel Panfet felt very confident using 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Monica Calderon (175-1991) answered with 14 points and 5 rebounds for LMMR 2. Undefeated San Salvador have an impressive series of ten victories in a row. They maintain first place with 10-0 record. LMMR 2 at the other side keeps the fourth position with five games lost. They share it with Santa Ana 2. San Salvador are looking forward to face bottom-ranked Santa Tecla 2 (#8) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. LMMR 2 will have a break next round.

It was a great evening for Cuban center Rachel Contreras (184-1999) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 25 points and 31 rebounds. Maria Montero helped adding 18 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists. Cuban point guard Dairis Tornell (176-1992) responded with 21 points, 5 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals. Batanecas maintains second place with 7-2 record having four points less than leader San Salvador. Santa Ana 2 at the other side dropped to the fourth position with five games lost. Salvadorenas 2 managed to secure a 8-point victory 69-61 on Sunday. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Ahuachapan. It was an exceptional evening for Fatima Aviles who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 12 rebounds. Yenifer Jimenez came up with a double-double by scoring 25 points, 12 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals for Ahuachapan in the defeat. Salvadorenas 2 maintains third place with 6-4 record having four points less than leader San Salvador. Loser Ahuachapan keeps the sixth position with seven games lost. They share it with Santa Tecla 2 and PSN. Salvadorenas 2 will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game.
