There were only 2 rounds played so far and it's still very beginning of the Regular Season in Liga Mayor. Here is the last round review presented by LBM Management.

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of L.M.Mons. on the court of Salvadorenas on Tuesday night. Visitors were rolled over by Salvadorenas 66-33. Salvadorenas held L.M.Mons. to an opponent 16.4 percent shooting from the field compared to 34.1 percent accuracy of the winners. Salvadorenas' supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in to the arena .
Very significant was Metapan's just 3-point road victory against Santa Ana. Cuban center Rachel Contreras (184-1999) notched a double-double by scoring 29 points and 22 rebounds to lead the effort and Monica Aristondo supported her with 10 points, 13 rebounds, 8 assists and 4 steals. Even a double-double of 32 points and 14 rebounds by Cuban point guard Dairis Tornell (176-1992) did not help to save the game for Santa Ana. Santa Ana's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Metapan will play against Ahuachapan at home in the next round. Santa Ana will play against San Salvador and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
A very close game took place in between Salvadorenas and Santa Tecla. Salvadorenas got a very close home victory over Santa Tecla.
