An interesting game for San Salvador (6-1) which hosted in San Salvador 4th placed L.M.Mons. (3-4). Second ranked San Salvador managed to get a 11-point victory 65-54. San Salvador forced 21 L.M.Mons. turnovers. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when San Salvador made 7 blocks. Worth to mention a great performance of Cuban point guard Arlenys Romero (176-1984) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 23 points, 10 rebounds, 5 assists and 5 steals. Laura Rivas (171-1999) contributed with 10 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals for the winners. Dominican swingman Yenifer Jimenez (163-1999) answered with a double-double by scoring 16 points, 14 rebounds and 6 assists for L.M.Mons.San Salvador have an impressive series of six victories in a row. They maintain second place with 6-1 record behind leader Salvadorenas. L.M.Mons. at the other side keeps the fourth position with four games lost. They share it with Santa Ana and Santa Tecla.

It was a great evening for center Silvia Vega (176-2003) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 13 rebounds. Gabriela Alfaro helped adding 16 points and 7 rebounds. Salvadorenas' coach allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. At the losing side Cuban center Rachel Contreras (184-1999) responded with 9 points, 19 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 blocks. The victory was the seventh consecutive win for Salvadorenas. They maintain first place with 7-0 record. Metapan at the other side keeps the third position with two games lost.
Bottom-ranked Capitalinas is still unable to win any game. This time they lost on the road their seventh consecutive match to sixth ranked Santa Tecla (3-4) 64-26 on Monday evening. It was an exceptional evening for Genesis Zabaleta who led the winners and scored 15 points, 37 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals. Santa Tecla's coach felt very confident using 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Gabriela Funes came up with 7 points and 7 rebounds for Capitalinas in the defeat. Santa Tecla moved-up to fourth place, which they share with L.M.Mons. and Santa Ana. Capitalinas lost their seventh game in a row. They still close the standings with seven games lost.

In the last game of round 7 Ahuachapan was smashed by Santa Ana on the road 99-57.
The most impressive performance of 7th round was 26 points, 21 rebounds and 10 assists by Ruth Aracena of Santa Ana.
