Nolitas clinched Liga Mayor Metropolitana title in Guatemala. They won Final Four Stage with a perfect 3-0 record. In the decisive game Nolitas overcame Asiole 55-52. Vicky Juarez (159-G-99) and Luisa Rivas (170-PG-93) stepped up with 15 points each as the latter was also named MVP of the Finals. Sonia Vasquez (182-F-83) replied with 16 points and 13 rebounds in a loss and Diana Mendoza notched 12.

Asiole celebrated Liga Mayor Metropolitana Apertura 2019 title as they won the Final Four Stage. The team posted three consecutive wins including 70-67 thrilling victory against Nolitas. Sonia Vasquez (182-F-83) top-scored for the winners with 23 points and 16 rebounds, while Cynthia Rivera (177-F-82) netted 12. Lopez and Mendoza followed them with 9 points each. Luisa Rivas (170-PG-93) replied with 28 points in the losing effort. Garcia notched 17 and Rosales scored 9.
