Club Force - Olmeca 63-70 Very significant was Olmeca's (#2, 5-3) victory against one of their biggest challengers Club Force (5-3) 70-63. Guard Luis Menendez (179-95) notched 23 points to lead the effort and Edwin Ruiz supported him with 9 points and 10 rebounds. Even a double-double of 22 points, 16 rebounds and 6 blocks by center Helmut Esquivel (196-0) did not help to save the game for Club Force. Forward David Sequeira (183-98) added 18 points and 5 rebounds for lost side. Despite that victory Olmeca went down to third position due to points difference, which they share with defeated Club Force. Club Force lost third consecutive game.
