Halcones forced 30 Circulo turnovers and outrebounded them 56-36 including 20 on the offensive glass. Point guard David Monterroso (180-1979) scored 32 points and 8 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and forward Juan Rosales (195-1996) chipped in 22 points and 10 rebounds during the contest. The best player for the winners was Bryan Mencos (-1999) who scored 16 points and 7 rebounds. Henry Alay chipped in a double-double by scoring 12 points and 12 rebounds.
