An interesting game for Halcones (4-1) which hosted in their close opponent Forza (2-2). Second ranked Halcones had an easy win 72-49. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Forza. Halcones forced 20 Forza turnovers. It was a good game for point guard David Monterroso (180-1979) who led his team to a victory with 29 points. The former international swingman Miguel Gonzalez (187-1990) contributed with 16 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. The former international forward Carlos Chavez (191-1989) replied with 15 points for Forza. Forza's coach gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Halcones have a solid three-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Villa Nueva. Forza at the other side dropped to the third place with two games lost. They share the position with Jaguares.
