Cesar Catalan, 17-year old shooting guard from the PSN, picked up the Player of the Year at the Guatemala. He received multiple other awards, was named the Guard of the Year and was voted to the First Team. Catalan was the Player of the Week honoree in the league. He recorded double-doubles in 2 games during the event. Catalan's 26 points against the Litegua were the most he scored in the season.

Enrique Samayoa, 42-year old power forward from the Universidad San Carlos de Guatemala, was voted the Forward of the Year of Guatemala. He was also selected to the First Team. Samayoa's 13 points against the Forza were the most he scored in the season. He won the Guatemalan Liga Metropolitana Torneo Clausura championship title in 2023.

Mario Reyes, center from the Forza, was selected as the Center of the Year at the Guatemala. He was also chosen to the First Team. Reyes received Player of the Week award in the league. He won the Guatemalan Liga Nacional championship title in 2023.

Anthony Guerra, point guard from the Forza, was named to the First Team of Guatemala. His 23 points against the Litegua were the most he scored in the season. Among many awards Guerra's team won the Guatemalan Liga Metropolitana Torneo Clausura Regular Season in 2021 and 2023. He was selected to the Latinbasket All-Guatemalan Liga Metropolitana Torneo Clausura First Team between 2019 and 2023. Guerra was also selected to the Latinbasket All-Guatemalan Liga Metropolitana Torneo Apertura Third Team back in 2021.

David Monterroso, 44-year old point guard from the Halcones, earned a spot in the First Team at the Guatemala.
