The most interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Guatemala: PSN (#4) and Leones (#2). Leones were defeated at home 75-80 and even the fact of playing on their own court did not help. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Leones. They outrebounded Leones 53-28 including a 34-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of Cesar Catalan (190-2007) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 26 points and 20 rebounds. Trae Gage contributed with 16 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Center Luke Garrison (-1997) replied with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 12 rebounds for Leones. PSN (2-2) moved-up to second place, which they share with Leones and Forza. PSN is looking forward to face Solola (#5) at home in the next round. Leones' supporters also look forward to another derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Guatemala USAC.

Worth to mention a great performance of Trae Gage who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 18 points, 14 rebounds and 5 assists and Luis Bonilla who added 14 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest. PSN's coach felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side American guard Jaymeke Smith (187-1995, college: Johnson, FL) responded with 32 points and 8 rebounds. PSN moved-up to second place, which they share with Leones and Forza. Pat City at the other side still closes the standings with three games lost. PSN will play against Solola (#5) at home in the next round. Pat City's supporters look forward to another derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Guatemala Forza.

The winners were led by KJ Seals who had that evening a double-double by scoring 25 points and 10 rebounds. Coach 's team controlled all game and the coach could let to play 10 players and allowed the starting five to rest. Even a double-double of 17 points and 14 rebounds by Sebastian Tabata did not help to save the game for Forza. USAC have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 4-0 record. Loser Forza keeps the second place with two games lost. They share the position with Leones and PSN. USAC's supporters look forward to another derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Guatemala to the arena Leones.
