The most interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Guatemala: USAC (#1) and Leones (#4). USAC (8-2) won against visiting Leones (5-5) 74-66. Worth to mention a great performance of Vadhir Hernandez (-2003) who helped to win the game recording 23 points. point guard Alex Juarez (175-1993) contributed with 15 points for the winners. Center Luke Garrison (-1997) replied with 16 points and 5 rebounds for Leones. Leones' coach rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. USAC have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 8-2 record. Leones at the other side dropped to the third place with five games lost. They share the position with PSN.

Marcus Faison notched a double-double by scoring 24 points and 12 rebounds to lead the effort. Even a double-double of 18 points, 13 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals by Cesar Catalan did not help to save the game for PSN. PSN's coach tried various players' combinations and tested in total twelve players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Solola have an impressive six-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 7-2 record behind leader USAC. Loser PSN keeps the third place with five games lost. They share the position with Leones.
