Hector Chur claims Guatemalan Liga Metropolitana Hoops Agents weekly honour

Hector Chur (180-SF-1999) had a very impressive game in the last round for Bulls and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Liga Metropolitana Player of the Week award for round 10.
The 26-year old had the game-high 31 points adding six rebounds for Bulls in his team's victory, helping them to crush Pat City (#4, 3-4) with 17-point margin 90-73. Bulls maintains the 5th position in Guatemalan Liga Metropolitana. Bulls is rather a weak team placed in lower part in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 2-3 record. In the team's last game Chur had a remarkable eight three-pointers out of 10 attempts. He turned to be Bulls' top player in his first season with the team. Chur has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in points (4th best: 21.2ppg) and averages solid 50.0% from behind 3-point line.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was another Bulls' star - young former international swingman Miguel Gonzalez (187-G/F-1990). Gonzalez impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 26 points and 10 rebounds. He also registered 10.8 boards per game.

The third best performed player last round was American Thomas Doyle (185-PG) of Pat City (#4). Doyle scored 21 points and grabbed 5 rebounds. Despite Doyle's great performance the Pat City lost 73-90 to slightly lower-ranked Bulls (#5, 2-3). But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates. The chances of Pat City ranking at the top of the league, however are very questionable as they have already lost 4 games, recording just three victories. With bigger assistance of his teammates, Doyle could help Pat City to bring them higher in the standings. Doyle has a great season in Guatemala. After only 6 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 22.5ppg (2nd best), rebounds with 8.0rpg (7th best) and assists with 2.7apg (best passer). He also has 2.7spg and a FGP of 60.0%.
