Round 12 most important game was a defeat of league's leader Paraguayan San Jose (2-1). They were defeated by third ranked Brazilian UNIFACISA (2-1) 85-72 on Sunday night. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of San Jose. It was a key game for the top position in the league. UNIFACISA looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists.
