There were only 2 rounds played so far and it's still very beginning of the Regular Season in Liga Sudamericana. What a coincidence that all visitors won their games. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Argentinian San Lorenzo in Almagro on Wednesday night. Hosts were defeated by Uruguayan Nacional 87-73. Nacional forced 21 San Lorenzo turnovers. 28 personal fouls committed by San Lorenzo helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. American-Dominican center James Feldeine (193-1988, college: Quinnipiac) scored 25 points (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) to lead the charge for the winners and Chilean-Spanish center Manny Suarez (208-1993, college: Creighton) chipped in 15 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. Nacional's coach used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Forward Gaston Cordoba (200-1994) responded with 24 points, 7 rebounds and 4 blocks. Nacional will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. San Lorenzo will play on the road against Espanol in Osorno and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
One of the most interesting games of round 2 was a derby match between two teams from Chile. The game took place in Osorno where Ancud won against host Espanol O. 85-72. Point guard Franco Morales (181-1992) notched 25 points and 4 assists to lead the effort and Alvaro Pena supported him with 15 points and 10 rebounds. Ancud's coach allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Even 13 points and 8 rebounds by Ecuadorian center Jordan Cardenas (206-1998, college: FNU, agency: BIG) did not help to save the game for Espanol. Ancud will play against Santa Maria in the next round. Espanol will play against San Lorenzo and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
