Liga SudAmericana round 4 best performance: Sebastian Lugo

Shooting guard Sebastian Lugo (195-SG-1998) had a great game in the last round for second-ranked San Lorenzo de Almagro, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 4.
The 26-year old player was the main contributor (27 points, eight rebounds and four assists) to his team's victory, helping them to outclass Ancud (#3, 2-2) with 28-point margin 83-55. The game was between two of the league's top four teams. San Lorenzo is placed at 2nd position in Liga SudAmericana. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost that single game earlier this season. San Lorenzo will need more victories to improve their 2-1 record. In the team's last game Lugo had a remarkable six three-pointers out of 9 attempts. He has many years of experience at San Lorenzo, through which he has constantly improved. Woods is a newcomer at Ancud, but is already one of team's top players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 20.5ppg (#1). He also registered 10.8 boards per game.

Third on the list of top players last round was another San Lorenzo's star - guard Lucas Perez (184-PG-1987). Perez showcased his all-around game by recording 15 points, 5 rebounds and 12 assists (!!!) in the last round. He was another key player of San Lorenzo de Almagro, helping his team with a 83-55 easy win against #3 ranked Ancud. San Lorenzo needs these victories very badly if they think about taking over top position in the standings. Their record at this point is 2 victories and 1 lost game. Perez has a great season in Liga SudAmericana. After only 3 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in assists with 9.0apg (best passer).
