Groups and host cities confirmed for the Liga Sudamericana de Baloncesto 2025

FIBA’s Regional Office in the Americas, together with the South American Basketball Confederation (CONSUBASQUET), announced that the Liga Sudamericana de Baloncesto 2025 will tip off on October 3, with 16 teams from eight countries across the region. Here is the group distribution along with their respective host cities:

Dates: October 3–5
Location: Pilar, Paraguay Stadium: Polideportivo Roberto Cabañas

Club Universitario de Sucre (BOL)
Ferro (ARG)
Vasco da Gama (BRA)
Motilones del Norte (COL)
Dates: October 9–11
Location: Sucre, Bolivia Stadium: Polideportivo Garcilazo Sucre

Corinthians (BRA)
Quimsa (ARG)
Defensor Sporting (URU)
ABC Camp Importadora Alvarado (ECU)
Dates: October 24–26

This will be the 28th edition of the LSB. The 2024 champion was Club Nacional from Uruguay.
